Well it's a week Late but wanted to write about how awesome of a day I had on Canada day this year :) Usually I don't do much on Canada Day. Sometimes I am at the ranch, but most of the long weekends Isaac always has to work so I just stay home and Kiki usually goes away so nothing to do! Not this year. The whole gang was home this year including our newest Canadian again Ani!!!! The heat was crazy so decided to skip the parade and do what most people do in summer... Hit up Whiterock Beach! So we had a big group with us which was great. It was the BEST being able to see old friends and new as well as all the kids playing together and such. Talk about an awesome thing to see everyone together. Have to admit at one point I looked around and smiled and felt very blessed.
After the beach we had a big BBQ farm style at my moms house and even got to see my grandpa and uncle and Aunt etc. the kids spent 4 hours on the slip n slide and had a blast. Here are some pictures of the day. It was an A+ day and hope for many more this summer.
